This policy ensures that our users feel secure while using Callsensy’s WhatsApp API Services, while also protecting our platform from refund misuse or abuse.
1. Free Trial Period
Callsensy offers a 14-day free trial to all new users. During this period, users can access the basic features of our platform, including access to our chatbot builder (if included in the trial).
No credit card is required for the trial.
Users will not be charged during the trial period.
If the user is not satisfied, they may cancel anytime during the trial without any cost.
2. Subscription Services
Once the trial ends, users may choose to subscribe to a paid plan.
After subscribing, no refunds will be issued for that billing cycle.
The free trial is designed to help you test the platform before making a payment decision.
You can cancel your subscription anytime to avoid charges in the next billing cycle.
3. Non-Refundable Services
Due to the nature of the digital services we offer, the following services are strictly non-refundable:
Paid subscription plans
WhatsApp Conversation Credits (WCCs)
Add-ons & integrations
One-time setup fees (e.g. chatbot creation, onboarding, training)
WhatsApp BSP fees (if applicable)
4. Technical Issues
If you experience ongoing technical problems that seriously affect platform usage:

If the issue is verified and cannot be resolved, partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.
5. Unauthorized Charges
In case of any unauthorized or fraudulent payment, please contact us immediately.
If your claim is verified, a full refund will be issued without delay.
6. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account dashboard or by contacting support.
Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
No refund will be given for the remaining period unless exceptional circumstances are approved after review.
